SS. / 1470 /2005 14 November 2005 Subject : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 3rd quarter of 2005 financial statement of the Company ending 30 September 2005. To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's 3rd quarter of 2005 financial statement ending 30 September 2005, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that the considerable cause affecting above percentage appeared to be an enlargement of income taxes around 101 million baht due to deficiency of corporate losses clarified by revenue department to mitigate this period profit before calculating income taxes and also profitability lessening on gross profit margin as the result of sequentially escalation of gas influencing in both direct and indirect manners. This is the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year. Therefore, we inform you respectfully.
