SS. / 0964 /2005 15 August 2005 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 2nd quarter of 2005 financial statement of the Company ending 30 June 2005. Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's 2nd quarter of 2005 financial statement ending 30 June 2005, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that the significant factor supporting such huge growth of profitability seems to be the result of selling all shares of subsidiary who's the owner of hotel affecting more three hundred million baht gain as well as the remaining profit from operating performance. This is the principal factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year. Therefore, we inform you respectfully.
