(Translation) Ref. SS. / 0675 / 2005 2 June 2005 Subject : Clarify the fact concerning the news "Information regarding the disposition of ordinary shares in Richee Holding Alliance Co., Ltd." To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Enclosure The Copy of the Company's Press Release Regarding articles appeared in the newspapers today concerning the amount of profit that Sansiri Public Company Limited would gain from the sell of ordinary shares in Richee Holding Alliance Co., Ltd., and the time when the payment of the shares price will be made. The Company would like the clarified that it never issued any statement nor gave any interview about the profit gain from the sale of shares in Richee Holding Alliance Co., Ltd. The profit figures that appeared in the news are probably estimations made by reporters from the information officially disclose to the SET yesterday. However, the Company issued a press release, as attached, after it had disclosed to the SET, which did not contain any profit figures. With respect to the payment of the shares price, the Company already transferred the shares and received the payment of the shares price since 31 May 2005. The profit gained from the sale of shares is expected be included in the 2nd quarter 2005 of its income statement. Please be informed accordingly.
