SS. / 0673 / 2005 1 June 2005 Subject : To give an additional calculation of the size of the transaction pursuant to the disposition of assets To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference : Information Memorandum Regarding the Disposition of Assets by Sansiri Public Company Limited as of 31 May 2005 As Sansiri Public Company Limited ("the Company") had reported the Information Memorandum Regarding the Disposition of Assets, i.e. the disposition of ordinary shares in Richee Holding Alliance Co., Ltd. as per detail in the Reference. The Company would like to give an additional calculation of the size of the transaction as stated in the "3. Description of the Transaction" of the Reference Information, based on the reviewed financial statement of the Company as of March 31, 2005 compared with the reviewed financial statement of Richee Holdings Alliance Co., Ltd. as of the same date, as follow: "3.
