Subject : Report on the registration of reduction of the registered
capital of Sansiri Public Company Limited
To : President
The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Sansiri Public Company Limited has completed the registration of
reduction of the registered capital from the existing registered
capital of 7,754,778,150 Baht to be the new registered capital of
7,746,876,485 Baht by canceling its registered but un-issued share
in the number of 1,580,333 shares with the Registrar of Public
Company Division, Business Development Department, Ministry of
Commerce on 24 May 2005.
