The parties involved Buyer : Sansiri Public Company Limited Seller : (1) Mr. Polthit Pookpibul (2) Mr. Pipat Rung-Rochana (3) Mr. Adul Amatawiwat (4) Mr. Surahan Wongwasin Relationship with the listed company : The Sellers do not have any relationship with the Company and also are not persons having the power or influence in the management in the Company, and there are no other Connected Persons of the Company holding shares in it. 3. The general characteristics of the transaction The entry into the transaction by the Company and the size of the transaction do not fall within any jurisdiction of the notification of the SET Re: Rule, Procedures and Disclosure of Connected Transaction of Listed Companies and Re: Rule, Procedures and Disclosure of Information Concerning the Acquisition and Disposition of Asset of Listed Companies. 4.
