SS./ 3082 /2004 12 November 2004 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 3rd quarter of 2004 financial statement of the Company ending 30 September 2004. Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's 3rd quarter of 2004 financial statement ending 30 September 2004, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that despite of an around 59% shored up revenue in 3rd quarter of 2004 compared to previous year's, this quarter profit remained lower than 20% of preceding year's. This is because more than a half of a compared period profit's brought about by fixed assets selling. This is the main factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year. Therefore, we inform you respectfully.
