As Sansiri Public Company Limited has reported the information regarding an increase of paid- up capital of Plus Property Partners Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, to the SET as per detailed in the reference. The Company would like to provide additional information as follows: 1.The shareholding structure of Plus Property Partners Co., Ltd. ("PLUS") : -Proportion of shareholdings before capital increase : (1)Sansiri Public Company Limited95.26 % (2)Mr. Polthit Pookpibul 1.185 % (3)Mr. Pipat Rung-Rochana 1.185 % (4)Mr. Adul Amatawiwat 1.185 % (5)Mr. Surahan Wongwasin 1.185 % Total 100.00 % -Proportion of shareholding after capital increase : (1)Sansiri Public Company Limited98.00 % (2)There were 4 other shareholders who waived the right to subscribe the shares in this time, i.e.: (2.1)Mr. Polthit Pookpibul 0.50 % (2.2)Mr. Pipat Rung-Rochana 0.50 % (2.3)Mr. Adul Amatawiwat 0.50 % (2.4)Mr. Surahan Wongwasin 0.50 % Total 100.00 % 2.Relationship with the listed company :The other shareholders (4 persons) who waived their right to subscribe for the new shares at this time, do not have any relationship with the Company and also are not the persons having the power or influence in the management in the Company. -2- 3.The reason to subscribe the shares in this time :To maintain the proportion of shareholding. Since there are other shareholders who waived their right to subscribe for the new shares at this time, therefore the Company had subscribed the shares in excess of its entitlement, as a result, the percentage of shares held by the Company increases to an approximately 2.74%. The Company viewed that at present, PLUS has the good performance and also has a good chance to be sustainable growth in its business, therefore, this capital increase will help expand its business in the future.
