Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's year 2003 financial statement ending 31 December 2003, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that the Company has produced meaningful revenue of property development for sales in an increase of 2 billion baht or about two hundred percent growth from last year. In addition, company enhanced their gross profit to more than 33% compared to that of preceding year. This is the primary factor that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the previous year. Therefore, we inform you respectfully.
