Sansiri Public Company Limited has completed the registration of the amendment of
Memorandum of Association (increase the registered capital) of the Company, from
4,510,891,390 Baht to 7,754,778,150 Baht by divided into 1,550,955,630 shares with the par
value of Baht 5 each, with the Registrar of Public Company Division, Business
Development Department, Ministry of Commerce on 28 January 2004.
