Subject : Report on the registration of reduction of the registered capital and the paid up
capital (reduction of capital)

Sansiri Public Company Limited has completed the registration of reduction of the
registered capital from 7,713,624,276.90 Baht to 4,510,891,390 Baht by lowering the par
value of each share, from 8.55 Baht to 5 Baht, as well as registered paid up capital
(reduction of its capital) from 7,556,726,929.05 Baht to 4,419,138,555 Baht (total
number of shares sold are 883,827,711 shares) with the Registrar of Public Company
Division, Business Development Department, Ministry of Commerce on 27 January
2004.
