SS./ 0812 / 2003 1 October 2003 Subject : To correct the information concerning the total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of warrant pursuant to the Plan to Privately Issue and Offer the Common Share-Purchase Warrants to the Directors and Employees # 3 of Sansiri Public Company Limited To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference : (1) Letter of the Company Ref.: SS./ 0062 / 2001, dated 26 February 2001 (2) Letter of the Company Ref : SS./ 0750 / 2003, dated 2 September 2003 Enclosure : The Results of the Newly Issued Share Offering Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants Report Form (Form 81-5 for the Exercising Period on 29 August 2003) (Amendments) As Sansiri Public Company Limited has reported the Results of the Warrants offering Report Form according to the Plan to Privately Issue and Offer the Common share-Purchase Warrants to the Directors and Employees # 3 ("the Plan"); and the Results of the Newly Issued Shares Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants (for the Exercising Period on 29 August 2003) of the Company to the SET, as per details in the Reference (1) (2). The Company would like to correct the information concerning the total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of the warrant in accordance with the said Plan (after the exercising period on 29 August 2003) as follow: From : Total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of warrant are 293,481 shares. Correct to : Total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of warrant are 373,481 shares. Thus, the Company would like to submit the Results of the offering of the Newly Issued Shares Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants in accordance with the said Plan for the Exercising Period on 29 August 2003 which has already amended as described in report form enclosed.
