The Company would like to correct the information concerning the total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of the warrant in accordance with the said Plan (after the exercising period on 29 August 2003) as follow: From : Total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of warrant are 1,218,519 shares by divided into: (a) Lot 1, in the number of 682,106 shares (b) Lot 2, in the number of 474,684 shares (c) Lot 3, in the number of 61,729 shares Correct to : Total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of warrant are 1,138,519 shares by divided into: (a) Lot 1, in the number of 682,106 shares (b) Lot 2, in the number of 394,684 shares (c) Lot 3, in the number of 61,729 shares Thus, the Company would like to submit the Results of the offering of the Newly Issued Shares Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants in accordance with the said Plan for the Exercising Period on 29 August 2003 which has already amended as described in report form enclosed.
