SS./ 0142 / 2002, dated 28 March 2002 (Report the Results of the Warrants offering for the Lot 3) Enclosure : The Results of the Newly Issued Share Offering Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants Report Form (Form 81-5 for the Exercising Period on 29 August 2003) As Sansiri Public Company Limited has reported the Results of the Warrants offering Report Form according to the Plan toPrivately Issue and Offer the Common share-Purchase Warrants to the Directors and Employees # 2 ("the Plan") of the Company to the SET, as per details in the Reference (1) to (3). At present, the Company had already issued and offered the Newly Issued Share which reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants in accordance with the said Plan, in the additional number of 1,814,402 shares since 29 August 2003, therefore the Company would like to report the results of the said issuance and offering as described in report form enclosed. However, total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of warrant after this exercising right of warrant are 1,218,519 shares by divided into: (a) Lot 1, in the number of 682,106 shares (b) Lot 2, in the number of 474,684 shares (c) Lot 3, in the number of 61,729 shares Please be informed accordingly.
