SS./ 0697 /2003 14 August 2003 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of year 2003 financial statement of the Company ending 30 June 2003. Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's year 2003 financial statement ending 30 June 2003, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that the Company has realized income of property development for sales increasingly to more than 400 million baht or an almost five times surge from previous year. Also, company gross profit has become better with a growth closed to 40%. This is the main reason that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the same period of the previous year.
