To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference : The disclosure of information concerning a connected transaction between Sansiri Public Company Limited and Natural Park Public Company Limited regarding the disposition of investment in Siri Phuket Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, dated 25 March 2003. As Sansiri Public Company Limited ("Company") has reported the information concerning the disposition of investment in Siri Phuket Limited, a subsidiary of the Company, by selling the ordinary shares in Siri Phuket Limited, in the number of 49,000 shares, or equivalent to 49% of its registered and paid-up capital, to Natural Park Public Company Limited, as per details in Reference. The Company would like to give additional report on the above issue as follows: 1. The reason for the disposition of the shares : For creating business alliance of the Company by co-investment and develop project for sale or rent. 2. The affect to the Company for the disposition of the shares : There is no any affect to the operation of the Company and Siri Phuket Limited, because Siri Phuket Limited was set up starting from January 2003 and it does not has any business operation.
