Enclosure (Translation) Particulars of Objects (Amendment) of Sansiri Public Company Limited The objects of this Company consist of 60 items, as follows: (1) To buy, procure, obtain, lease, hired-purchase, own, occupy, develop, use and otherwise manage any property including fruits thereof. (2) To sell, transfer, mortgage, pledge, exchange, and otherwise dispose of property. (3) To be a broker, agent, commission agent for all types of transaction and business, e.g. all kind of real estate-related businesses which include buy, sell, lease, build, repair, as well as, request for credit line from financial institutions which will support the aforesaid businesses, except for insurance business, solicitation of membership for associations, and securities trading. (4) To borrow money, overdraw money from banks, juristic persons, or any other financial institutions, and to lend money or extend credit by any other means, with or without security, including to accept, issue, assign and endorse bills of exchange or any other negotiable instruments. (5) To establish branch offices or appoint agents within and outside the country. (6) To be a partner with limited liability of any partnership and to be a shareholder of any company. (7) To engage in the business of trading in rice, rice products, tapioca, tapioca products, maize, sesame, beans, peppers, jute, kapok, cotton, lac, castor beans, wood, rubber, vegetables, fruits, forest produces, herbs, animal skin, horns, living animal, meat, sugar, animal feeds, and all kinds of agricultural produces. (8) To engage in the business of trading in machinery, engines, tools, labour-saving devices, vehicles, electricity generators and electrical appliances, refrigerators, air-conditioners, fan, electric cookers, irons, water pumps, heaters, coolers, kitchenwares, hardwares, copperwares, brasswares, sanitarywares, household utencils, furniture, electrical accessories, pipe-water accessories, including parts and accessories thereof. (9) To engage in the business of trading in fresh foods, dry-foods, finished foods, canned foods, food seasoning, beverages, liquors, beer, cigarettes, and other consumer products. (10) To engage in the business of trading in fabric, thread, clothing, ready- made clothes, garments, ornaments, cosmetics, beautifying, appliances and equipment, and other consumer products. (11) To engage in the business of trading in drugs for curing and preventing diseases for men and animals, medical supplies, chemicals, medical and pharmaceutical tools, fertilizers, herbicides, all kinds of nutriments for plants and animals, scientific tools, instruments. (12) To engage in the business of trading in gold, copper alloy, silver, diamond, saffire, and other precious stones, including artificial materials thereof. (13) To engage in the business of trading in paper, stationery, text books, printing forms, books, studying accessories, calculating machines, printing machines, printing accessories, printed materials, newspapers, document-storing cabinets, and all kinds of office supplies. (32) To engage in the business of petrol filling station and such services as car repairs, maintenances, inspections, car washing and greasing services, application of rust resisting agent for motor vehicles of all types including such other services as installation, inspection and fixing of all kind of safety devices. (33) To engage in the business of providing legal, accounting, engineering, architectural, and advertising services. (34) To engage in the business of providing guarantees of debts, liabilities and performance bonds to individuals, including personal guarantees to individuals who travel into or out of the Kingdom in compliance with the law of immigration, taxation, and others. (35) To engage in the business of providing consultancy and advisory services pertaining to administration, commerce, industry and also production, marketing and distribution. (36) To engage in the business of services of data collecting, collating, editing, publishing and publicising of statistics and information on agriculture, industry, commerce, finance, marketing, including analyses and evaluations of business enterprises. (37) To engage in the business of private hospitals, clinics, curing and caring patients and sick people, and provision of medical and health care teaching and training. (38) To engage in the business of executorship and trusteeship in fiduciary capacity, of the properties and interests of other individuals. (39) To engage in the business of tendering and bidding for the sales of goods and hire-of-works, in accordance with the objectives to individuals, corporate bodies, juristic persons, government authorities and organizations. (41) The Company is entitled to issue shares at a price higher than the registered par value.
