Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's year 2002 financial statement ending 31 December 2002, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that for the fiscal year 2002, the Company has more than threefold realized income from a housing project compared to the same period of previous year resulting in an increase in the almost same percentage of its gross profit. This is the main reason that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the same period of the previous year.
