DECREASING OF THE COMPANY'S REGISTERED CAPITAL AND PAID-UP
Decreasing of The Company's Registered Capital
and Paid-up Capital (SIRI)
Sansiri Public Co.,Ltd.(SIRI) has informed the
SET that is has completed the legal process required
for decreasing of the company's registered capital
and paid-up capital, by decreasing the par value
from 10 baht to 8.55 baht without any changes in
number of shares.
As a result, effective from February 27, 2003
onwards,the par value of the "SIRI" security in
the trading system will be changed from 10 baht
to 8.55 baht.
