SS./ 0650 /2002 14 November 2002 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of quarterly financial statement of the Company ending 30 September 2002. Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Referring to Sansiri Public Company Limited's financial statement for three months period ending 30 September 2002, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With this regard, the Company would like to explain that for that period of year 2002, the Company has tremendously realize income from a housing project compared to the same period of preceding year affecting to a profit. This is the main reason that has resulted in more than 20% variance of the profit of the Company and its subsidiaries when compared to the same period of the previous year.
