(Translation) Ref No. Sor Sor/0397/2002 July 31, 2002 Re : To provide additional information regarding the report of the information concerning the acquisition of assets of Sansiri Public Company Limited To : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference : Information concerning the acquisition of assets of the Company dated July 15, 2002 As Sansiri Public Company Limited has reported the information regarding the acquisition of assets of the Company to Stock Exchanges of Thailand as detailed in the reference. The Company would like to provide additional information with respect to the valuation of the asset. The value of the asset fixed by the Company based on the market price and also taking into account the valuation report made by Tobtavee Appraisal and Services Co., Ltd., the Valuation Company and Principal Asset Valuer, approved by the Office of the SEC, whom the Company has appointed to appraise the said asset. According to the said valuation report the market value of the said asset is Baht 756,000,000.- (Seven Hundred Fifty Six Million Baht). This acquisition of the asset is fell within the scope of Clause 8 (1) of the Notification of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Re: Rules and Procedures and Disclosure of Connected Transaction of Listed Companies, which is the acquisition of the good between listed company and connected person in the ordinary course of business and under the commercial terms and conditions of the listed company.
