ADDITIONAL REPORT TO SUMMARIZE THE ISSUANCE WARRANTS (ESOP#4

Subject: Additional report to summarize the Plan to Privately Issue and Offer Warrants (ESOP#4)

Reference: Letter of the Company Ref. SS./ 0328 /2002 dated 4 July 2002
As Sansiri Public Company Limited has reported the summary of the Plan to Privately Issue and
Offer the Ordinary Share-Purchase Warrants to Directors and Employees of the Company
(ESOP#4) and informed that it will disclose the name of all directors who will be entitled to
purchase the warrants and the name of employees who will be entitled to purchase more than 5% of
the total warrants issued under the ESOP#4 as well as the number of warrants to be issued to each
of them, including the summary of opinion of the board of director and compensation committee to
the SET so as to disclose to general public, as per details in the Reference.
In this regard, the Company would like to inform the additional report concerning the ESOP# 4 as
discussed above as follows:
1. The names of the directors being entitled to purchase warrants under this plan and
the number of warrants to be issued to each of them

2. The names of the employees being entitled to purchase warrants more than 5% of
the total warrants issued under this plan and the number of warrants to be issued to
each of them
* Mr. Apichart Chutrakul, Mr. Srettha Thavisin, Mr. Wanchak Buranasiri and Mr. Thalin
Aeimtitiwat are the employees and also the directors of the Company, being entitled to purchase the
warrants as per details on the clause 1 above-mentioned.
Mr. Kovit Poshyananda, Mr. Visarl Chowchuvech and Ms. Chittra Srisakorn were
appointed as the compensation committee by the board of directors meeting # 3/2002 held on 3 July
2002, the authorities of them are as follows:

(1) Set the names of directors and employees to be entitled to purchase warrants
more than 5% of the total warrants issued under the plan ESOP#4.
(2) Set the number of warrants to be offered to each of director and employee who will
be entitled to purchase more than 5% of the total warrants issued under the plan
ESOP#4.
(3) To give the commentary concerning the reasonableness, necessity and the benefit
with respect to the issue and allotment of the warrants more than 5% of the total
warrants issued under the plan ESOP#4 to such directors and employees.
3. Summary of the commentary concerning the reasonable, necessity and the benefit
which the Company would be received from the allotment of warrant more than 5%
of the total warrants issued under the plan ESOP#4
Mr. Apichart Chutrakul, Mr. Srettha Thavisin, Mr. Wanchak Buranasiri and Mr. Thalin
Aeimtitiwat, who are the executive officer and also being the directors of the Company. They are
top executives and their contribution are quite important to the Company. The purposes of the
allotment of the warrant above-mentioned would be to compensate, create confidence and stimulate
the best performance of their participate for the progress of the Company in the long term. The
compensation committee has approved the allotment of the warrant to the said employees
(directors) based on the said purposes.
