Whereas Sansiri Public Company Limited has already issued and offered the Newly Issued
Share as a Private Placement to Asia Country Fund and Starwood Thailand Country Fund 1
since 8 July 2002, therefore the Company would like to report the results of the said issuance
and offering as described in report form enclosed. Furthermore, leaving the number of shares
to be further offered are 1,027,860,103 (One Thousand Twenty Seven Million, Eight Hundred
Sixty Thousand, One Hundred and Three) shares.
