Jor. 1547/1999 re: Permission to Privately Issue Warrants and Shares Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants to Directors and Employees dated 28th September 1999 Enclosure : The Results of Warrants Offering Report Form (Form 81-4) As the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the Plan to Privately Issue Warrants and Shares Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants to Directors and Employees #2 of Sansiri Public Company Limited, totaling 8,779,400 units as per detail in the Reference. Sansiri Public Company Limited has already issued and offered the warrants to the directors and employees of the Company and its subsidiary, in the number of 110,000 units since 15 March 2002, total number of warrants being un-issued are 226,000 units, therefore the Company would like to report the results of the said warrants offering as described in Enclosure attached hereto.
