SS./ 0072 /2001 February 28, 2001 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of year 2000 financial statement of the Company ending 31 December 2000 Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to Sansiri Public Company Limited's year 2000 financial statement ending 31 December 2000, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the previous year. With regard to above profit, the Company would like to explain that in year 1999, the Company has to record allowance for doubtful account of loan to 100% owned subsidiaries and diminution in value of assets.
