SS./ 0462 /2000 14 November 2000 Re : The Explanation for the cause of the change in the Company's performance with respect of the 3rd quarter of 2000 financial statement of the Company ending 30 September 2000 Attn : President The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to Sansiri Public Company Limited's 3rd quarter of 2000 financial statement ending 30 September 2000, it has reported a profit which varied more than 20%, compared to the same period of the previous year. With regard to above profit, the Company would like to explain that in the 3rd quarter of 2000, the Company has a dividend income from fund investment and decreased a massive interest expenses coupled with a profit from debt settlement.
