Type of Business : E-commerce and internet related services. 3. Objective of Investment : Return in form of dividend. 4. Registered Capital : Baht 10,000,000.- by divided into 1,000,000 shares with par value of Baht 10.- 5. Amount of This Investment : no less than 55% of total paid up capital or Baht 5,500,000.- will be invested by Sansiri Public Company Limited or its subsidiaries. (Loxley Information Services Company Limited or its designated affiliate company will invest the rest of 45% or Baht 4,500,000.-) 6.
