SS/0815/1999 re: Report the Results of the Warrants offering Report Form according to the Plan to Privately Issue and Offer the Common share-Purchase Warrants to the Directors and Employees #2 of Sansiri Public Company Limited , dated 28 October 1999 Enclosure : The Results of the Newly Issued Share Offering Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants Report Form (Form 81-5) As Sansiri Public Company Limited has reported the Results of the Warrants offering Report Form according to the Plan to Privately Issue and Offer the Common share-Purchase Warrants to the Directors and Employees #2 of Sansiri Public Company Limited in the number of 7,339,400 units to SET, as per details in the Reference. At present, the Company had already issued and offered the Newly Issued Share which reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants in accordance with the said Plan, totaling 1,115,000 shares since 30 December 1999, therefore the Company would like to report the results of the said issuance and offering as described in report form enclosed. However, total balance of warrants being unexercised and total balance of shares reserved for the exercising right of warrant after this exercising right of warrant are 4,858,400 units and 4,858,400 shares respectively.
