Jor. 1547/1999 re: Permission to Privately Issue Warrants and Shares Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants to Directors and Employees dated 28 September 1999 Enclosure : The Results of Warrants Offering Report Form (Form 81-4) As the Securities and Exchange Commission has approved the Plan to Privately Issue Warrants and Shares Reserved for Exercising Right of Warrants to Directors and Employees #2 of Sansiri Public Company Limited as per details in Reference. Sansiri Public Company Limited had already issued and offered the warrants to the directors and employees of the Company and its subsidiary , totalling 7,339,400 units since 18 October 1999, therefore the Company would like to report the results of the said warrants offering as described in Enclosure attached hereto.
