SS/0279/1999 8 June 1999 Subject : Change the subscription period for the issuance and allotment of the newly issued shares of Sansiri Public Company Limited as a Private Placement To : Director and Manager of The Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference : Letter of the Company Ref. SS/0279/1999 Re: alloted the new issue shares of Sansiri Public Company Limited as a Private Placement date 8 June 1999 As Sansiri Public Company Limited has reported the resolution with respect to issuance and allotment of the newly issued shares of the Company as a Private Placement to SET on 8 June 1999 as per detail in Reference. And the SET has informed the Company to change the subscription period of the said offer. On this regard, the Company would like to change the subscription period of the said offer as reported in Reference as follow: From "The share subscription period of the said offer will be from 8 June 1999 to 10 June 1999 between 8.00 - 17.00 hour each day, provided that if the total amount of the offering shares are subscribed on any day earlier than the last day of the said subscription period, such day will deemed to be the closing date of the subscription period." To "The share subscription period of the said offer will be from 8 June 1999 to 14 June 1999 between 8.00 - 17.00 hour each day, provided that if the total amount of the offering shares are subscribed on any day earlier than the last day of the said subscription period, such day will deemed to be the closing date of the subscription period."
