SS/0176/1999, Re: Report the resolution at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 4/1999 of Sansiri Public Company Limited, dated 9 April 1999. As Sansiri Public Company Limited has reported the resolution at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders No. 4/1999 regarding the approval Mr. Pornsanong Tuchinda and Mr. Thanapol Sirithanachai be appointed as the additional two directors as details in Reference. On the said regard, the Company would like to inform you that Mr. Pornsanong Tuchinda, who has been nominated and appointed as a director at the said Meeting, has informed the Company that he cannot accept to be the company's director in accordance with the said resolution. Therefore, in the next shereholders meeting, the Company will report this issue and nominate other person who has appropriate qualification to be appointed as a director.
