As Sansiri Public Company Limited has reported the Resolutions of the Board of Directors # 3/1999 to SET on March 4, 1999 as per detail in Reference. On this issue, the Company would like to amend the details of the report on the above issue as follows:- 1. To change the closing date of the shares register for the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders No. 4/1999 (XM) as follows:- From "...from March 18, 1999 at 12.00 p.m. until Ordinary Shareholders Meeting # 4/1999 has adjourned." To "...from March 22 ,1999 at 12.00 p.m. until the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders No.4/1999 has adjourned". 2.
