"H" SIGN ON SANSIRI PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED AFTER COMPANY REQUESTED Sansiri Public Company Limited (SIRI) has asked the SET to temporarily suspend trading in all its securities because SIRI has finalised the terms and condition of venture agreement with Starwood Thailand Corporation which is a subsidiary of Starwood Capital Group Limited, the United States company. The Company has to urgently request the Board Director Meeting on 3 March 1999 at 2.00 p.m. in order to have the Board resolution approval share allotment to this investor. The SET considers it likely this may affect the company's securities trading. Therefore, the SET halted trading in the securities of SIRI effective from 3 March 1999 until the company clarifies its situation. sr/ne-sp.cw/yt
